The Ivy Vine is a locally owned florist in the small town of Hanover, IN, but the arrangements they do are anything but "small town". At one time I was in charge of ordering flowers for our church and they were very accommodating providing free delivery and lower prices if I provided the vases. There were never any complaints that I was aware of.
